Employee fractures leg in fall from roof onto concrete floor
Employee #1 suffered a fractured right leg when the 4 by 8 foot roof panel that he was standing on fell 24 1/2 feet onto a concrete floor. The employee was in the process of installing a panelized roof system. Employee #1 was not wearing a safety harness.
