Employee injured in fall from ladder on truck

Employee #1 was standing on a ladder on a truck, removing a hose used to pump out material from the spill catch outer tank. The hose became hung up, so he gave it a strong pull. The hose released, and Employee #1 lost his balance. He fell 5 to 6 ft, landing on his head. He was taken to the hospital.
