Employee dies after suffering heart attack

On February 14, 1991, Employee #1, of Homestead Land Development, was installing baseboards on the second floor of a new home under construction. At approximately 9:14 a.m., he was found dead at the foot of a stairway. The San Joaquin County Coroner's Office reported that he had suffered a heart attack and died of natural causes.
