Employee struck in head by falling box

Employee #1 stepped below two employees who were putting product on a ledge above the camera counter in a retail store. A box of product slipped from the hand of one of the employees, who was on a ladder. This box fell approximately 1 to 2 feet, striking Employee #1 on the head. The box contained an audio/video cabinet that weighed 8 3/4 pounds. The box struck Employee #1 a glancing blow.
