Employee fractures arm in fall from ladder

Employee #1 was standing on the ninth rung of a 12 ft ladder (approximately 9 ft high). He was working on a slider track above his head for a hotel room divider. When he leaned, he lost his footing, hung onto the slider track for a minute, and then fell to the floor. Employee #1 fractured his left forearm upon impact.
