Employee's ankle injured by falling frame wall

At 11:20 a.m. on February 6, 1991, Employee #1 was helping to erect a framed wall section when the section missed the cleat at which it was supposed to stop. The frame twisted, causing the workmen to lose control of it. The frame fell backward onto Employee #1, who was unable to run clear. The frame struck his right leg, dislocating his ankle.
