Employee catches ankle between forklift and wall

At approximately 6:45 a.m. on October 8, 1993, Employee #1, a forklift operator with over 6 years of experience, suffered a minor contusion to her left ankle as she jumped from a Raymond Reach Rider truck. Employee #1 was driving the forklift in reverse and was unable to stop the truck with her brake and jumped before it struck the cement wall. Her left ankle was caught between the lift and the wall. She was treated at a local hospital and was released to home. Employee #1 was a temporary employee at this site.
