Employee breaks leg and foot in fall from top of wall

Employee #1 was carrying a plank and walking on top of a 2 1/2 foot wide wall in a building being demolished. The wall collapsed and he fell about 15 feet onto a pile of debris, breaking his right leg and foot. No accident related violations were determined.
