Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:45 a.m. on September 27, 1996, Employee #1, of Bindco, was placing items on a conveyor belt. She bent down to pick up some fallen boxes with her right hand while resting her left hand on the slowly moving belt. The belt nipped her palm against the edge of a support plate. Employee #1 sustained lacerations and was hospitalized for treatment.
