Investigation Summary
On September 26, 1992, Employee #1 was at a private residence estimating roof repairs with a coworker. The two men had climbed an unsecured ladder to get to the roof. As Employee #1 stepped onto the ladder to climb back down, the ladder slipped sideways. He fell to the ground, sustaining a compound fracture to his right wrist. He was hospitalized for treatment.
