Investigation Summary
Employee #1, of Jack Norton Drywall, was working approximately 9 ft above a concrete floor on a scaffold that had rolling wheels for easy moving and positioning. Employee #1 was standing on an end of the work platform that was missing a railing. When the scaffold was jerked away from the wall by some unknown agent, Employee #1 lost his balance and fell off, landing on the concrete. He was hospitalized with a back injury.
