A MAINTENANCE WORKER WAS REPAIRING A CEILING LIGHTING FIXTURE AT HIS WORKPLACE. HE WAS LYING ON A GROUNDED METAL MESH SCREEN, AND THE FIXTURE REMAINED ENERGIZED. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED A BARE CONDUCTOR.
