Employee's arm injured when caught in conveyor

Employee #1 stopped the conveyor she was working on and attempted to reverse the belt to retrieve a package. Her arm became caught between the bottom take-up pulley (roller) and the moving belt. The belt had to be bent to extricate her from the mechanism.
