Employee's abdomen lacerated when struck by shaft
At approximately 8:27 p.m. on December 2, 1991, Employee #1, of Prime Papers, was attempting to center a roll on a shaft. He accidentally pushed the shaft out of the shaft holder, causing the shaft to strike him on the left side of his abdomen. Employee #1 suffered a severe laceration to the left side of his abdomen and was hospitalized.
