Employee injured by fall from elevated work stand
At about 1:20 a.m. on August 6, 1991, Employee #1 slipped and fell down the stairs of a Cago stand that was positioned improperly. He was injured. Employee #1 was transported to Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. Proper positioning of the stand would have prevented the fall.
