AN EMPLOYEE OF A TELEPHONE COMPANY WAS WORKING AT A CUSTOMER'S HOME. ALTHOUGH HE WAS WEARING COMPANY RECOMMENDED SHOES, HE SLIPPED ON A NEWLY WAXED FLOOR AND INJURED HIS LOWER BACK. THE EMPLOYEE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS INJURY. HE IS EXPECTED TO LOSE 1 MONTH'S WORK.
