Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was a dishwasher in the delicatessen department of the Plaza Market. She had been working alone at the sink in the preparation room. When a coworker entered the room to speak to Employee #1, she found her slumped a few feet behind the sink. There were no apparent signs of an accident having occurred. The coworker was unable to revive her and called for help. Paramedics responded to the call, found that Employee #1 had died, and removed her to the morgue. Employee #1 died of a coronary attack.
