Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:45 p.m. on August 20, 1991, Employee #1, of Highland Framers, was working as a carpenter at a construction site in Antioch, CA. While Employee #1 was ripping a piece of 2 by 4 with a portable circular saw, the saw kicked back and cut his left thumb and wrist. Employee #1 was taken to Delta Memorial Hospital in Antioch, for treatment and surgery. On August 21, 1992, he was released.
