Employee injured in 7 ft fall from truck bed

Employee #1 was loading roofing debris into a truck and was preparing to cover the load with a tarpaulin so that it could be taken to a dump. He extended his hand to a coworker to help him onto the truck's bed and the debris he was standing on slipped. Employee #1 fell approximately 7 ft over the side of the truck. He sustained a concussion and a broken wrist and nose.
