ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An employee was repairing a testing instrument. He contacted energized parts and received an electric shock. The electric shock caused him to break his left arm and dislocate his shoulder. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
