Employee struck and killed by falling 1,800 lb stub tower

Employee #1 was apparently preparing to spray paint some wind turbine parts. He strung a rope between two structures--one was very stable, the other was not. The unstable structure, a wind turbine stub tower weighing approximately 1,800 lb, tipped over and struck Employee #1 on the head. He died.
