Employee's arm injured when caught in suction line
Employee #1 was using a 6 in., high-powered suction line attached to a 400-horsepower engine when he slipped on some ice and fell to the floor. His arm was sucked into the line and subsequently swelled with blood. Employee #1 was hospitalized for four days.
