TWO POWER LINE WORKERS WERE BENDING UNDERGROUND CABLE INTO A JUNCTION BOX. A SHARP EDGE OF A CONNECTOR CUT INTO ANOTHER CABLE, CAUSING AN ELECTRIC ARC. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS BURNED ON HIS LEFT ARM.
