Employee injured when shoring tower falls into traffic

On November 27, 1990, Employee #1, an employee of Max J. Kuney Co. for more than three years, was climbing on a shoring tower when it fell over into the eastbound lane of SR16 at the 19th street intersection. Traffic was stopped for a traffic light, but he was injured when he struck the roadway.
