Employee dies of heart attack while unjamming conveyor belt

At approximately 6:15 p.m. on September 19, 1992, Employee #1 was clearing a baggage jam on conveyor belt #13.6 when he suffered a heart attack and died. He was found a few minutes later by a coworker. He was lying on the floor adjacent to the conveyor.
