Employee Dies of Aneurysm

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on January 27, 1995, Employee #1 left Marysville to deliver a trailer to a construction site in Seattle. He called the dispatcher between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon to ask for help. He said he had passed out and was in great pain. The dispatcher called 911 and Employee #1 was transported to Harborview Hospital. Surgery was performed that afternoon to repair an aneurysm. Employee #1 was removed from life support on Monday, January 30, 1995, and died at 9:00 p.m.
