Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:00 a.m. on June 6, 1994, Employee #1 was greasing a backhoe owned by an RV camp when he fell under the backhoe. The left rear wheel rolled over his left arm, chest, and head, inflicting multiple skull fractures as well as injuries to the left side of the chest and the left arm. No autopsy was performed. It could not be determined if the backhoe rolled off and Employee #1 fell while attempting to mount the backhoe or while he was on it, or whether Employee #1, who was known to have a heart condition, suffered a heart attack and fell from the backhoe.
