Employee dies of heart attack in truck

At approximately 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. on August 7, 1994, Employee #1 was transporting beans and cans inside the plant in an industrial truck. He was found slouched in the seat of the truck in the corridor between the open end spinning room and the warp prep room. According to the medical examiner, the preliminary cause of death was congestive heart failure.
