Investigation Summary
On his first day on a job, Employee #1 was operating a farm tractor that had a root rake to clear underbrush, debris, etc. Coworkers noticed they had not seen Employee #1 for a few minutes. They looked around and found him hunched over the seat of the tractor, dead. He had wounds to his lower jaw and a nearby sapling was found with blood on it. There were no eyewitnesses, but physical evidence suggests that the sapling struck Employee #1 while he was operating the tractor.
