Employee dies after falling to floor

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on January 28, 1991, Employee #1 was walking back to his work station from the break room after a break. He was walking down a dry, uncluttered hallway when he suddenly collapsed and fell backward. His head hit the concrete floor. He was hospitalized and died of a massive head injury two days later.
