WORKER ON FOOT RUN OVER IN SCRAP YARD BY BACKING TRUCK

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING IN THE YARD OF A SCRAP METAL BROKER. A TRACTOR-TRAILER FROM AN OUTSIDE FIRM WAS BACKING THROUGH THE YARD (A DISTANCE OF AROUND 100 YARDS). EMPLOYEE #1 AND THE DRIVER DID NOT SEE EACH OTHER. THE TRAILER STRUCK AND RAN OVER THE YARD WORKER, KILLING HIM.
