AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM AN ALUMINUM LADDER, REMOVING FUSES FROM AN OVERHEAD BUS DUCT. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS WITH HIS HAND. HE ALSO FELL FROM THE LADDER TO THE FLOOR.
