Employee Is Struck and Killed by Motor Vehicle

On April 25, 2006, employees from the Vargas Corporation were working in a drainage trench along the side of the road. The right lane of the road was blocked off for construction. A driver somehow lost control of his vehicle and ended up in the drainage trench where the employees were working. Employee #1 was struck and killed at the scene.
