Employee killed in fall from refuse truck

Employee #1, a refuse collection helper working on the hopper, had been riding on the left rear of a 1989 F-350 Super 1-ton satellite refuse truck. When the driver of the truck looked in his side-view mirrors, he saw Employee #1 rolling on the ground. He had apparently fallen from the truck and may have been run over. Employee #1 was killed.
