Employee drowns when pinned under tractor in canal

Employee #1 was driving an International tractor and pulling two cane wagons from a field onto a rocky road. Employee #1 misjudged the width of the road and the tractor and one wagon went into a 6 ft canal. Employee #1 was pinned underneath the tractor in the canal and drowned.
