AN EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING A DETERIORATED UTILITY POLE SUPPORTING AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE ALONG A COUNTY ROAD. THE NEW POLE, WHICH WAS WET AND GREEN, CONTACTED THE OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS WORKING ON THE POLE, WAS ELECTROCUTED.
