AN EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A 40-FOOT ALUMINUM LADDER AROUND THE SIDE OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING. THE LADDER CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
