Employee killed when he falls off ATV

Employee #1 was riding a 4-wheel Honda ATV on a flat, hard surface road. For some reason, he fell from the vehicle, and struck his head on the roadway. The employee was transported to a local hospital, where he died of a blunt head injury with craniocerebral trauma 10 days later.
