Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:00 p.m. on July 3, 2015, Employee #1, an apartment manager, went to a tenant's apartment to discuss a plan to relocate in order to renovate the apartment. The tenant shot the manager in the chest. As the manager fled, the tenant came after him and fired again, killing him with multiple gunshots.
