ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An employee was on a ladder, rewiring an energized lighting circuit. He was performing this work above a drop ceiling. The employee fell down the ladder, stopped breathing, and died. The probable cause of death was electrocution.
