Employee killed when struck by falling brick wall

At approximately 10:50 a.m. on August 23, 1992, a section of ground floor brick wall had been pulled to the ground with a backhoe. The foreman took the backhoe outside the compound. As he was starting back into the compound to check the remaining walls before letting the employees "go back to work," he heard a loud crack and noticed Employee #1 inside the compound. A remaining standing wall fell onto Employee #1, killing him instantly.
