Employee dies after being struck on head by plywood

Employee #1 was sweeping approximately 30 to 40 feet away from and four floors below a stripping operation. A piece of plywood fell from the overhead operation, was caught by the wind, and struck Employee #1 on the head. He was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
