AN EXPERIENCED POWER LINE WORKER WAS WORKING FROM AN AERIAL LIFT BUCKET, INSTALLING A CROSSARM ON A UTILITY POLE. THE EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS WEARING RUBBER INSULATING GLOVES, HAD THE CROSSARM LYING ON THE BUCKET AND WAS POSITIONING IT WITH THE AERIAL LIFT. THE EMPLOYEE'S SHOULDER CONTACTED AN OPEN SWITCH, AND HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
