Employee struck and killed by trailer

On July 20, 1993, several employees were working on the east shoulder of State Road 70. They were shoveling asphalt from a front end loader onto the shoulder. A vehicle towing a trailer containing five cows was traveling north. The trailer disengaged from the tow vehicle and struck Employee #1, who sustained fatal injuries.
