HEART ATTACK AND FALL

A power line worker had climbed a utility pole and was attaching his pole strap when he suffered a heart attack. He fell from the pole, landing on the ground. The employee died either as a result of the heart attack or as a result of the injuries he sustained in the fall. He was found to have had cardiac arrhythmia and severe arterial sclerotic cardiovascular disease in addition to the blunt trauma sustained by his ribs and vertebrae as a result of the fall.
