Employee pinned between large coil and side of trailer
Employee #1 and a coworker were attempting to move a 4,500-pound evaporator coil onto a trailer by lifting it with a jack and slipping a board under it to move it forward. The coil fell to one side and Employee #1 was pinned between the coil and the side of the trailer. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene.
