Employee killed while operating an aerial lift
At 6:30 a.m. on October 1, 2015, an employee was positioning an aerial lift to remove existing gutters from structure. While operating the aerial lift, the employee was killed due to asphyxiation when he was crushed between the lift basket and the roof soffit.
