THE LOG DECK OPERATOR TURNED ON THE DEBARKER CLEAN-UP CHAIN AND EMPLOYEE #1 CAUGHT HIS HAND BETWEEN THE CHAIN AND SPROCKET, AMPUTATING THREE FINGERS.
