EMPLOYEE DIES WHEN STRUCK BY FALLING LIGHT POLE

EMPLOYEE #1 AND A WITNESS WERE REMOVING A 25-FOOT LIGHT POLE. THE WITNESS STATED THAT TWO NUTS WERE REMOVED BEFORE HE WALKED AWAY. EMPLOYEE #1 REMAINED AT THE LIGHT POLE. AS THE WITNESS WAS RETURNING, HE SAW EMPLOYEE #1 WALKING AWAY FROM THE FALLING LIGHT POLE. THE LIGHT POLE STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1, KILLING HIM.
