Employee dies of a heart attack after ignoring warning signs

Employee #1 was not feeling well and went to see the company nurse. The nurse took his vital signs and advised him to go to a doctor immediately. Employee #1 refused, and after a 20 minute rest, returned to work. Ten minutes later, his body was found. He was never revived. Employee #1 died of a heart attack.
